Mpila
Resort is truly authentic in the African experience.
It is centrally situated in the imfolozi section of the
Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park and commands magnificent views
of the Wilderness area.
It’s easy to fall in love with these surroundings.
Steeped in history, dating back to the early Iron Age,
it is home to the "Big 5" of
African legend, and contains immense diversity
of fauna, flora, bird and animal life.
Accommodation at Mpila Resort is all about authenticity
with a variety of self-catering chalets, rest
huts, Safari Tents, plus 2 large cottages. All
units are serviced daily.
There is a cook on site to prepare food supplied by guests
staying in the cottages, and braai facilities. The Mpila
Camp Shop stocks cool drinks and snacks but does not sell
provisions.
For activities, there are guided walks, day walks, birding,
picnicking, game drives, wilderness trails and full weekend
trails in the bush. |
