Confidence in the property market is growing even though the economy is proving slower to recover. It is still an investors market though with lots of valuable stock on the market. It is interesting to know that 92% of mortgage credit granted in 2008 went to individuals with a gross income of more than R15, 000 per month. The signs of a turnaround are there, if somewhat hazy.

Green issues are being debated and circulated throughout the property industry in South Africa and worldwide. Could it be that investing in ‘green’ is the way of the future?
